Oana Merdariu - Associate

• Graduated the Bucharest University School of Law in 2011.
• Member of the Romanian Bar Union and Bucharest Bar since 2012. She joined our firm from the beginning of her attorney carrier.
• Mrs. Merdariu provides legal assistance for Romanian and foreign clients in corporate law and commercial contracts, IP and tax litigation and for labour areas.
• She is fluent in English.
