• graduated the Bucharest University School of Law in 1998 and holds a Master of Business Administration issued by Maastricht School of Management and a Masters degree in Banking and Stock Exchange Management from the Romanian Academy of Economic Studies.
• Taught Employment and Social Security Law at Gheorghe Cristea University School of Law in Bucharest, Romania.
• Member with full rights of the Romanian Bar Union and of the Bucharest Bar since 1999.
• His major areas of expertise include commercial law, capital market, companies restructuring and tax law disputes.
