Adriana Nedelcu - Partner

• Graduated in 2001 the “Dimitrie Cantemir” University School of Law in Bucharest and became a member of the Romanian Bar Union and Bucharest Bar in 2003.
• Taught Transportation Law at “Dimitrie Cantemir” University School of Law in Bucharest. She joined our firm from the beginning of her attorney carrier.
• Her experience includes corporate law and commercial contracts, company mergers and restructuring, IP and tax litigation.
• She continuously advises international and Romanian clients on corporate, commercial contracts, trademarks and copyrights.
